Service Description

After our 1:1 Discovery call, the next step is a 1-hour initial visit, where I'll gather more detailed information, provide education, develop a plan, and set goals with you.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you provide less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
