My Nutrition Approach
I love food and advocate for food neutrality: there are no "good" or "bad" foods. While I promote a varied and balanced diet including fruits and vegetables, I describe myself as an anti-diet dietitian. Real, lasting health and wellness includes mental and physical wellbeing and is based on a healthy relationship with food. Healing a disordered relationship with food, which is so common today, is done through awareness and small lifestyle changes tailored to you. Instead of simply prescribing a one-size-fits-all diet that you'll never be able to stick to (and that won't work anyway), I will work with you to help you heal your relationships with food, exercise, and your body. I use the proven theories of intuitive eating, allowing you to stop dieting and finally enjoy life!
I currently offer 100% virtual, individualized nutrition counseling to help you as a young woman transform your relationship with food and design a truly healthy lifestyle that is sustainable. I do this by providing education and coaching, support and empowerment, working WITH you as your ally and cheerleader.
I offer both a la carte services and packages. Choose a la carte if you're unsure if intuitive eating is right for you or if you're unable to make a financial commitment. Packages are right for you if you are ready to make the commitment and investment for lifestyle change.
