My Nutrition Approach
I love food and advocate for food neutrality: there are no "good" or "bad" foods. While I promote a varied and balanced diet including fruits and vegetables, as a non-diet dietitian, I do not prescribe strict diets. A journey towards real, lasting health and wellness includes considerations for mental health and is based on healing your relationship with your body. I will work with you to bring awareness to the root causes of your anxiety around food, and help you make small lifestyle changes tailored to you to heal your relationships with food, exercise, and your body. I use the proven theories of intuitive eating, allowing you to stop dieting and stressing over food, and finally start living the life you deserve!
I offer individualized nutrition counseling to help you transform your relationship with food and work towards a balanced, sustainable lifestyle. I do this by meeting you where you are and providing you with education, coaching, support, and empowerment as needed. I see clients from all over the United States, providing both virtual and in-person care.

As a non-diet Registered Dietitian, I take a holistic approach to help you reach your wellness goals. Whether you're looking to manage a health condition such as an eating disorder, improve your relationship with food and your body, or simply feel your best, I'm here to support you every step of the way. I focus on your unique needs, working with you to make sustainable, long-term changes rather than quick fixes.
Insurance information:
I am currently an in-network provider with Aetna health insurance. By late 2024, I will be accepting all major health insurances. In the meantime, if you do not have Aetna, I can provide you a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement of our sessions. I also accept HSA and FSA cards. Please contact me for more information.

For self-pay clients:
I offer both a la carte services and packages. Choose a la carte if you're unsure if intuitive eating is right for you or if you're unable to make a financial commitment. Packages are right for you if you are ready to make the commitment and investment for lifestyle change.
